Michael Anthony Buell, 59 of Coldiron, KY passed away suddenly on Thursday evening of November 17, 2022 at his home.
   Mike was born December 19, 1962 in Dayton, OH to Joyce Osborne Buell and the late Elijah Buell. He was a 1981 graduate of James A. Cawood High School and was a Surface Miner (Blaster) for 30 years for several coal companies. He was an avid UK Wildcat Fan. 
   Besides his father he was preceded in death by his sister, Elizabeth Ann Buell Cornett.
   He is survived by his beloved mother, Joyce Buell; sons, Michael Tyler Buell and Aaron Ross Buell; granddaughters, Ashton and Addison; brother, Elijah Buell, Jr; nephew, Keston Kyle (Christy) Sturgill; great nephew & niece, Kaylee & Keston Sturgill; brother in law, Carl Cornett; he leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. 
   Visitation will be 5:00 - 7:00 pm Monday (Nov. 21) at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
   Private burial will be at the Park Howard Cemetery in Wallins, KY.
