Orville Henry Shirley

Orville Henry Shirley, 88, of Winnsboro, Texas, closed his eyes for the final time in this lifetime on November 16, 2022. He was born on October 10, 1934, in Winnsboro to the late Aaron and Ida Mae (Fulmer) Shirley. Mr. Shirley owned mutiple businesses and didn't know what the word "retirement" meant. He was always thinking what job he needed to do next and then the only time he slowed down was to have Sunday dinner with his family. Mr. Shirley is survived by his loving wife Linda Lou Shirley; son Mike Shirley and wife Dora, son Randy Shirley and wife Kim; daughters Sherrie Hansen and husband Greg, Cindy Kaplan, Carla Caviness and husband Thomas, and Amanda West and husband Jay; too many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren to count, however, very much loved. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held Sunday, November 20, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at His House Ministries, 616 Airport Rd. Winnsboro, Texas. His son-in-law Greg Hansen to officiate.
