Ed passed away at Houlton Regional Hospital with his mother and stepfather at his side.
Ed was born in Ellsworth. Son of Patricia and Edward. Went to school at Sumner Memorial High. But claimed to graduate from, "The School of Hard Knocks." Was a stern man on several other boats. Then became The Captain of Devil's Delight & Pirate's Penny.
First and foremost, Ed loved his family and gathering for cookouts and holidays. Loved to tease his siblings, nieces, and nephews just to see their reaction.
