CAPT, USN (Ret.) James Ward "Jim" McKinster, 80, of Middletown, DE passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE.Born on February 20, 1932 in Columbus, OH, he was the son of the late Jacob Mayo and Helen Louise (Ward) McKinster.Jim was a veteran of the US Navy, where he dedicated more than 25 years of service.At Jim's request, a committal service will be performed aboard a US Naval vessel from the Norfolk, VA port.PLEASE VISIT JIM'S WEB PAGE AT A LATER DATE FOR THE FULL OBITUARY.
