Constance Addington

CARIBOU: Constance L. “Connie” Addington 76, passed away Monday Nov. 14, 2022 at Cary Medical Center with her family at her side. She was born Feb. 15, 1946 in Caribou, the daughter of Jasper and Freda (Edstrand) Durepo. After living the military life for 20 years with her husband Larry, she worked at Burrelle’s Clipping Service in Presque Isle for many years. Connie and her husband Larry moved to Limestone in 2015 to be closer to their daughters. She loved bird watching, four wheeling, and especially racing and enjoyed being around her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Larry of Caribou, her two daughters Heidi and Randy Hopkins, Erin Addington and Galen Morrow, all of Limestone, a son Frankie Addington of Matoaca, Virginia. Grandchildren; Brandon and Victoria Hopkins, Jordyn and Curtis Gelineau, Tyler and Amanda Boykin, Darianne and Hunter Poole, Garrett Addington, Gage Theriault, Nathan Morrow, Aubrey Gibson. Three great grandchildren; Brodee and Mason Boykin, and Lola Hopkins, three brothers; Gary and ( Frannie) Durepo of Washington state, Jeffrey Durepo of Caribou, Paul and ( Patty) Durepo of Limestone, a sister Claudia (Tom) Stevens of Mapleton, many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 11AM Monday Nov. 21, 2022 at Limestone United Methodist Church in Limestone with Pastor Cheryl Stratton officiating.
