<p>Frank Warren Tate, 56, of Kapolei, Hawaii, passed away on November 7, 2022.&nbsp; He was born on May 22, 1966 in Williamsburg, Virginia.&nbsp;&nbsp; </p><p>He is survived by his wife, Beverly Ann Tate; mother, Gloria Tate; father, Hugh Benet III; half sisters, Anna Benet, and Amanda Radke; step-father, Donald Tate; half sister, Emily Huxtable, and half brother, James Tate. </p><p>Inurnment will be held 10:30 am on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl. </p><p>&nbsp; </p>
