<p>Charles Norman "Chuck" Campbell, Sr. 92, of Elkview went to his heavenly home November 11, 2022. He was born September 11, 1930 in Clendenin, WV to the late Rance and Pansy Campbell. </p><p><br></p><p>Charles was a veteran of the Air Force and proudly served in the Korean War and was also a member of VFW 8516. He was a lifetime member of the Clendenin Masonic Lodge 126 AF &amp; AM, Scottish Rite in Valley of Charleston, Beni Kedem Shriners of Charleston, and the Thelma Chapter 24 Eastern Star.</p><p>In addition to his parents Charles is preceded in death by his beloved son, Charles Campbell, Jr.; brothers, Bill and Bob and sisters, Wanda, JoAnn, Kate and Betty.</p><p><br></p><p>Charles is survived by his loving wife of 68 years Shirley Jean Campbell; daughters Deborah (John) McComas, Pamela (Keith) Carte all of Elkview; brother, James Campbell of Winston-Salem, NC; four grandchildren, Stephen, Nicole, Joshua, and Chase and two great grandchildren, Kieran and Bella.</p><p><br></p><p>Services will be 2:00PM, Saturday, November 19th at Hafer Funeral Home with Pastor Lee Swor officiating. </p><p><br></p><p>Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Elk Hills Memorial Park with Military Rites and Masonic Graveside Rites being observed.</p><p><br></p><p>Online condolences may be shared at www.haferfuneralhome.net</p><p><br></p><p>Arrangements are in the care of Hafer Funeral Home, Elkview WV.</p><p><br></p>
