In 1997, Norma moved to Phoenix, Arizona to be close to her sister, Edna Mead and family. In March of 2007, she moved to Hill City, Kansas. She did this to be near her niece, Pauline King. In October of 2010, Norma moved to Topeka, Kansas, to be near her cousin, Donald Johnson and family. Then in January 2013, she moved to Norton, Kansas, to be close to her sister, Wanda Davison and family.
