Felicia Pamela Kelley was born a twin to Lisa Yolanda Kelley at Long Island Jewish Hospital of March 3,1976. Miracle babies to the late Marilyn Smalls and Johnnie Kelley born two months premature. Felicia weighing 1 lb6oz and Lisa weighing 1 lb. Felicia and Lisa were raised by their older sister Jacqueline Smalls along with their nieces Zaradia (Who preceded her in death) Nicole and Dawn Smalls. They lived in Brooklyn and the Bronx, New York. Later moving to Schenectady, New York where she built a life for herself. Felicia loved being a twin, the feistiest and most independent of the two however she would often say "I'm Felicia" The fact that we were blessed to have her for 46 years was an amazing favor and gift not taken for granted.


Felicia received her GED in 2001 at Washington Irving Educational Center and later went on to graduate from Mildred Elley College in February of 2003 with a degree in Travel and Tourism. As a reward she received a free trip to the Bahama which she shared with her sister and her niece. Felicia loved to travel, she had the good fortune to travel to Egypt, where she visited the Great Pyramid and rode a camel through the desert, an experience she enjoyed immensely and would never forget. Felicia known as Fe or FeFe with a big heart and warm spirt loved helping others which ultimately led her to a career caring for the sick and elderly as a certified nurse's aide in Upstate New York Capital Region for a total of 20 years.


Felicia was a devoted and dedicate Jehovah's Witness congregant of kingdom Hall in Schenectady, New York. Felicia did not have children of her own, however would share in motherhood two sons of her twin sister Iquann Cornish and Lavon Watson, her Godson who preceded her in death Treavine 'Trey" Tate, and her dear beloved canine daughter Mecca Lisa Kelley. Felicia along with her larger-than-life personality enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, she was nonjudgmental in character, creating a free and safe environment for her loved ones and social encounters with extreme affection. She enjoyed a good game of spades, dancing and music. Her favorite artists were Michael Jackson, R Kelly and Donnell Jones. Most importantly Felicia loved spending time with the she came into the world with her sister.


She was preceded in death by her mother Marilyn Smalls, father Johnnie Kelley, brothers Johnnie Kelley Jr., Issac and Joseph Smalls, sisters Yvette Jones, Yvonne and Kecia Smalls. She leaves to cherish her memory twin sister Lisa, Jeanette, Jacqueline, Phyllis Smalls, James and Vincent Smalls all of Schenectady, New York, Sisters Bernadine and Chystal Kelley of Queens New York and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Grand and Great Grand cousins and many other close family and friends that are too many to mention.
