Mrs. Crotzer passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at NEARMC.

Preceding Mrs. Crozter in death are her parents, Arthur and Nellie Dumas; one sister, Margaret Perdue; and two brothers, Dennis Dumas and George William Crotzer.

Left to cherish the memory of Mrs. Crotzer are her husband of 58 years, Larry Crotzer; her daughters, Donna (Dale) Harbin and Sharon (Ricky) Howell; five grandchildren, Kayla (Josh) Gann, Chandler McCracken, Taylor (Samantha) McCracken, Cain (Lia) Harbin, and Leah Harbin; three great-grandchilren, Judson Gann, Vivienne Harbin and Graham Harbin; three siblings, Gloria Kirkpatrick, Carol Willis, and Walt Dumas; her beloved pet and companion, Bandit; her lifelong best friend, Joann Turner; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Dale Harbin, Josh Gann, Taylor McCracken, Chandler McCracken, Charlie McCracken, and Ted Law.

Upon graduation Mrs. Crotzer obtained an Academic Scholarship after graduation for Birmingham Southern and then became a Nurse Anesthetist for 25 years, where she worked at NEARMC and loved her job. She was a faithful member of Hill Crest Baptist Church and was a devoted Christian woman. Mrs. Crotzer (Nanny) adored her family, but her grandchildren and great-grandchild were her heart’s desire. In her spare time, Mrs. Crotzer enjoyed traveling to the beach in Florida, and enjoyed watching her grandchildren play baseball, and cheering for her Auburn Tigers in football. To know Mrs. Crotzer was to love her and she will be deeply missed.
