I first met Dennis Carter at TLC I went with my friend to look at dogs.Dennis also drove my friend Bill to visit a few times.Dennis was always friendly to everyone he met.

I am so heart broken at Dennis' passing. He is one of the kindest people I have ever met and he will be greatly missed by many humans and animals. Rest in Peace Denny! Prayers of strength and comfort for Janine and family.
