<p>Eleanor Walker passed away on November 5, 2022, at the age of 94 in Springdale, Arkansas. </p><p><br></p><p>Eleanor was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She had a warm smile and a kind heart. She loved to laugh, and she had an amazing ability to charm everyone she met. Eleanor was strongly committed to her family, and she provided constant encouragement and guidance to her children and grandchildren. She was a spiritual person and took comfort in her faith. She and her husband moved to Rogers, Arkansas, in 1984. She loved the community and being surrounded by nature. </p><p><br></p><p>She was born on February 4, 1928, in Fornfelt, Missouri, to Harry Hardesty and Mary Farmer. She was a child of the Depression and her mother died when she was young. She formed strong bonds with her siblings, William (“Billy”) and Helen. She and Helen were best friends for their entire lives until Helen passed away in 2018. </p><p><br></p><p>Eleanor married Elton Hayes Walker in 1946. They were married for over 50 years. He passed away in 1997. She raised Connie Wayne, Diane, and William (“Bill”). She is survived by Bill and her son-in-law Justin, as well as her grandchildren Michael and Linda. She is also survived by her beloved nieces, Retha Clendenin May, Sheriyl Clendenin Wallenberg, and Michelle Clendenin Castor. </p><p><br></p><p>Eleanor’s passing is a heavy loss, but we have all been blessed that she has been part of our lives and we are thankful that she lived such a long and happy life. She has had a powerful impact on all our lives, and we will never forget her.</p>
