<p>Gary Robert Asti, son of Ted Asti and Margaret (Machin) Asti was born, February 3, 1954 in Boulder, Colorado. He departed this life November 5, 2022 at his home in Camdenton, Missouri at the age of sixty-eight years, nine months and two days.</p><p>In 1991 he was united in marriage to his wife Marilyn and they shared twenty-five years of blissful marriage until her untimely passing in 2016.</p><p><br></p><p>He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Marilyn Asti; and a sister, Sharon Asti-Caranci.</p><p><br></p><p>He is survived by his two sons, Chad Asti of Goodland, Kansas, Anthony Asti of York, Nebraska; a daughter, Tina Asti-Lucas &amp; husband Justin of York, Nebraska; six grandchildren, Gianna Asti, Ceclilia Asti, Aurora Asti, Ezra Asti, Mila Heinze, Rene Weinshenker; a sister, Marianne Chavez of Erie, Colorado; a brother, Mark Asti of Superior, Colorado and his dear significant other Linda McCabe. As well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.</p><p><br></p><p>Gary was raised in Superior, Colorado and was a graduate of Louisville High School. Shortly after high school Gary enlisted in the United States Navy and served his country for two years. Upon returning home from the military Gary would marry Maria Sutter and to this union Gary’s three children where born. Gary started his career in construction as a concrete finisher and continued to make concrete smooth as glass until his retirement in 2013.</p><p><br></p><p>In his spare time Gary loved all things outdoors like; hunting, fishing, and camping. Along with his love for nature he loved a good book. He had a favorite author in Louis L’Amour which turned him to enjoying a good Western movie as well. If not in a book or in the woods Gary truly enjoyed his property he lived on at the Lake of the Ozarks and many times would just take great joy tinkering around on his place.</p><p><br></p><p>He was a loving and a caring father, life partner, brother, grandfather, neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the memories he created for his family and friends.</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 11, 2022 at Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Camdenton, Missouri. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time-of-service Friday, November 11, 2022 in the funeral home.</p><p><br></p><p>Memorial donations may be made to the family and left at the funeral home.</p><p><br></p><p>Arrangements are under the direction of the Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton, Missouri.</p>
