<p>Patrick Thomas Pokryfke, 32, of Littleton, Colorado passed away unexpectedly on November 1, 2022. His loss was completely unexpected and the family is shocked and deeply saddened.<br> <br> Patrick was born on December 10, 1989 to Thomas and Diane Pokryfke at Littleton Adventist Hospital on a cold winter night. Patrick attended ThunderRidge High School and participated in football and baseball. After graduating high school, Patrick attended Metropolitan State University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree. Following his undergraduate degree, he attended the Denver College of Nursing where he began his&nbsp; journey to become a nurse. Patrick started his nursing career at Craig Hospital where he worked for almost ten years before he started his lifelong dream as an ICU nurse at Littleton Adventist Hospital in 2019.<br> <br> Anyone who knew Patrick, knew that he was incredibly kind hearted. He had an immense passion for his work, life, and was always a source of positivity and humor. His friends and family will miss him more than words can say. Patrick is survived by his parents Tom and Diane, brother Brent (Chelsea), brother Keith, along with his aunts, uncles, cousins, niece and nephew.<br> <br> A&nbsp;funeral service for family,&nbsp;friends, and co-workers will be held&nbsp;Thursday, November&nbsp;17th at 11AM, at Light of the World Catholic Church (10306 W Bowles Ave, Littleton, CO 80127).&nbsp;A luncheon will&nbsp;follow funeral service, please reach out to family for details. </p>
