Patti-Anne Beckett Obituary

BECKETT, PATTI-ANNE

April 12, 1964 - October 25, 2022

We regretfully announce the sudden passing of Patti-Anne Beckett on October 25, 2022 at age 58.

Much loved by her three daughters, Lindsay, Mandi and Randi, who had these memories to share:

She was kind-hearted and the most sincere person who truly accepted and loved you for you. I don’t have words to express the sadness and shock I feel about losing my Mom. I’m thankful for the time we had together, but I will forever miss her. She will live on through our memories and we will make sure she is remembered. - Lindsay Beckett

Growing up my mom was my hero. I wanted to be just like her kind, generous and caring. She always did what she could for those she loved. We have been through so much together, so many memories I hope will never fade. I choose to remember her playing Yahtzee on board game nights, dancing in the kitchen and singing on road trips when it was just the two of us. I like to think we’re never far apart because she’s not just in our memories, she’ll also always have a place in my heart. - Mandi Beckett

Today I forgot my phone password, a code I have used a hundred times a day for many years. No matter how hard I tried I couldn’t remember. I know she struggled with short term memory, as well as other things, and now I understand how scary that could be. She talked about this day often and welcomed it’s arrival, although she worried about the pain it would bring us all. She would want us to find comfort in the fact that she’s now at peace; no longer needs to suffer. She always wanted one last gathering before she said goodbye and her BBQ last week could not have gone better. It was perfect and she did such a good job, we were all very proud of her! She left on Tanjer’s birthday, Izzy being her parting gift to him and the baby loves her puppy 🐶. She’ll always live on in our thoughts and memories. She was the most loving and caring person I have ever met. She taught me that Love is always the most important thing in everyone’s life. I know her life was hard but love made it meaningful. My sisters and I, and all of her grand babies, are so grateful she gave us life ❤️ Every good story needs an ending. This was hers xo - Randi Beckett

Patti had a positive impact on so many lives and she will be missed by everyone who knew her, including her mother, her daughters and her grandchildren; her siblings, her nieces and nephews and her friends. A celebration of life will be held on November 12, 2022 from 3:00 PM-6:00 PM at 258 Gilmore Road, Fort Erie. Donations in Patti-Anne’s memory may be made to your local Humane Society.
