Natalie Selene Washington was born October 26, 1966, to Bernard and Eunice Williams in Dallas, Texas. She graduated from Ellison High School in Killeen, Texas in 1984. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness. She worked for Visiting Angels Senior Home Care.

She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents, Dorothy Farmer and Howard Carter.

Survivors are two sons, Bernard Valenzuela (Ashley) of Belton, Texas, and Larry Washington (Janelle) of Austin, Texas; two daughters, Tina McCullough of Texarkana, Texas, and Crissy Washington of Dallas, Texas; two brothers, Chuck Williams of Austin, Texas, and Bernard Williams IV of Kansas City, Kansas; one sister, Aretha Carter of El Paso, Texas; eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
