Kevin Joseph McCarthy
<p>Kevin Joseph McCarthy 59, of Elmsford passed away on October 24, surrounded by his family, after a courageous battle with cancer.</p><p>Kevin was born March 16, 1963, in North Tarrytown to Susan (Lathrop) and Edward McCarthy. He attended Archbishop Stepinac High School before moving to Torrance California to raise his children, Kevin (Ashley), Brendan (April) and Skye. He was working for Westchester Tool Rental until his passing.</p><p>Along with his parents, he is survived by his loving wife Laura. He is also survived by his sisters and brothers, nieces and nephews: Karen(James) Marcella, Nicholas, Daniel and Matthew; Sean (Diane) Sarah, Hannah, Sean, Luke, Delilah; Kathleen (Steve) Cowles, Tyler, Travis, Jessica; Anne Olivieri, Julia, Isabella; Susan McCarthy, Timothy, Savannah; Edward (Kelly), Caroline, Grace, Brynn; Brian McCarthy, Gabriella, Evelyn; Daniel (Jennie) Natalia, Jack, Daniel; Michael (Haydee) Estella and Rory. He is also survived by his grandchildren Liam and Grace.</p><p>Anyone that knew Kevin will agree he was unique and memorable. He was smart, quick witted, a smooth talker with an amazing sense of humor. All who knew him will definitely be laughing when they share stories of time spent with Kevin.
