Priscilla Duncan

Priscilla Rowena (Wheelock) Duncan age 91 years, died peacefully Saturday April 23, 2016 at her home in Danvers. She was the wife of the late Christos Tsioropoulos. She resided in Marblehead and Wenham for many years. Born and raised in Wellesley, she was the daughter of the late William Francis and Priscilla Mary (Doyle) Wheelock. She earned a Bachelors degree from Simmons College and a Masters in Economics from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. Mrs. Duncan worked for 30 years as Manager of Investment Relations for Cabot Corporation, a leading global specialty chemicals company. Traveled in the US and Europe in this capacity. She was on her condo board for many years. A lifelong Red Sox Fan, she enjoy reading, gardening, playing bridge, and sailing. She is survived by a daughter in law, Lynn Duncan and her significant other James Staples of Wenham; a granddaughter, Nora Duncan; two step-sons, Dean Tsioropoulos and his wife Bethany of Haverhill and Peter Tsioropoulos of Salem; two nephews, Daniel and William Brian Lamont both of TX; a niece, Debbie Wrobleski of TX; many great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews all of TX. She was predeceased by a son, David Wheelock Duncan, and a sister, Elizabeth Janet Lamont. Funeral services will be held at the Campbell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot Street, Beverly, Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 9 A.M. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Wellesley. The family will receive friends and family at the home of Lynn Duncan on Tuesday from 3 to 7 PM.
