Mark Allen Hewitt, 59, of Inman, SC died October 9, 2022.

He was born to Gerald Hewitt and Pattie Hackney Hewitt on March 14, 1963 in Jacksonville, FL.

He served in the United States Marine Corp from 1980 to 1984.

He had a good sense of humor, a contagious smile, and a loving heart. He was hard worker and a jack-of-all-trades. His amazing mechanical mind and eye for detail enabled him to do practically anything with his hands. He loved taking things apart and putting them back together better than they were and was gifted at mechanical and electrical work, carpentry, and plumbing.

Mark is preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his sister, Leanna Hewitt Sain (Randy) and his brother, Brian Hewitt. He has one son, Joshua Allen Hewitt (Gini), three grandchildren, Obie Hewitt, Kian Hewitt and Isaac Hewitt.

Visitation for family and friends will be held at Petty Funeral Home on October 14, 2022 from 5:00-7:00pm.
