Grace Faber, age 89, of Shaunavon, Saskatchewan passed away peacefully on Monday, October 10, 2022.

Grace was born on May 13, 1933 on the farm in the Stone District. She attended school at Stonepile and Shaunavon. She married on June 28, 1950 the love of her life, Clarence. She enjoyed curling, golfing, painting; volunteering with the Brownies, Girl Guides, United Church and the Royal Purple. She cherished her visits with her family and grandchildren.

Grace was predeceased by her parents, her son-in-law Mike Elmgren; grandchildren Alicia Elmgren and Rhonda’s son, Erik Garthus and many siblings.

She is survived by her husband Clarence Faber; her three children Char Elmgren, Rhonda (Bill) Watt and Jason (Suzanne) Faber; her grandchildren Terry (Brandy) Elmgren, Adam Thompson, Jazz Thompson, Nicholas Faber, Ethan Faber and Noah Faber.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. from the Royal Canadian Legion Hall in Shaunavon with Funeral Celebrant Bernadette Schneider officiating.
