Guadalupe G. Rangel, 60, of Midland, Texas passed away peacefully with her family at her side, September 30, 2022. Born August 2, 1962 in Midland, Texas, to the late Juan Gonzales and Luisa Garza Gonzales.
Guadalupe was a beloved mother, devoted sister, best friend to her five daughters, the love of her husband Adans' life, and wonderful grandmother and great-grandmother to her grandbabies. She loved her Chiquita and Mr. Wilson and would always be down for a garage sale. She was a fan of scary movies, watching the X-files, Halloween festivities, the Lotteria, her Hot Damn Mama and cheering on her Dallas Cowboys.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband Adan Rangel, daughters; Luisa Martinez Rivas (Matt Rivas), LisaBeth Holguin (Simon Cantu), Adrianna Rangel, Sara Rangel, and Juanita Rangel, a sister, Maggie Dabalos of Shafter, CA, grandchildren; Coraima, Elizardo and Steven Garcia, Ray Rivas, and Javier Rangel, great-grandchildren DeAngelo Alvarado, Delaney Rangel, Evelyn and Nicko Garcia.
She was preceded in death by her parents Juan Gonzales and Luisa Gonzales, daughter, Lena N. Martinez, and siblings, Manuela Dabalos, Hilario Dabalos, Marcelino “Pocho” Dabalos.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at Avalos-Sanchez & Thomas Funeral Home from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m with a rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at Our Lady Of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
