Marguerite worked many years with the Bates and Pepperell Manufacturing Company retiring in 1992.

She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother; she loved taking care of her home and, most of all, taking care of her family.

Marguerite was a skilled seamstress; she enjoyed baking and cooking; her family enjoyed her holiday meals, especially all the bean suppers she and her husband Norman hosted through the years.

Marguerite was a devout Catholic who loved the Virgin Mary. She prayed the rosary every day.

Her life of kindness, hard work, support, and self-sacrifice will live on in our hearts forever.

She was predeceased by her husband Norman; an infant son Joseph; brothers Raoul Paquet; Rosaire Paquet; Father Fernand Paquet M.M; John Paquet and Urbain Paquet; sisters Jeannette Courtois and Simone Perron.

She is survived by sons David R. Poirier and his wife Laurie of Lyman; Michael M. Poirier of Saco and Patrick J. The family wishes to thank the Gorham House staff for their loving care throughout her four-year stay.

The family would also like to thank Beacon Hospice for the wonderful care provided in her last days.
