Wayne E. Burke, 66, of East Nassau passed away on September 28, 2022, in the Hospice Inn at St. Peter’s Hospital. Born in Albany to the late Elmer and Mary (Twiss) Burke he was a lifelong resident of East Nassau. Wayne was a devoted and caring family man who always loved to be active. He enjoyed going to Lebanon Valley Speedway in his younger years and routing for his favorite drivers during NASCAR races.

Wayne is survived by his wife April Burke; son, Wayne Burke; brother, Keith Burke and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his brother, David Burke and his sisters Vivian Decker and Arleen Beers.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 30 at 10:00am in the East Nassau Cemetery. All are invited.
