Wanda Gay Bennett

Wanda Bennett, age 70, of Rockholds, Kentucky departed this life on September 21, 2015 at her home. She was born May 12, 1945 in Barbourville, Kentucky. She is preceded in death by her mother, Juanita Bennett; her husband, Franklin Bennett; two sons, Carley D. Bennett and Chadwick Bennett; one sister, Diania Mullis; and several aunts and uncles. She was a member of the Buffalo Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Patty Miracle (James) of Rockholds, Kentucky; seven grandchildren, Kenneth Bennett, Allison Harvey, James Bennett, William Bennett, Kimberly Bennett, Richard Bennett, and Michael Bowens; four great grandchildren, Holly Miracle, Carson Bennett, Carley Myers, and Michael Wilson; one brother, Carley Bennett (Odie) of Gausdale, Kentucky; several nieces, nephews, and a host of many other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Visitation will be after 6:00 P.M. Friday, September 25, 2015 at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, September 26, 2015 at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Larry Waddell officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Bennett Family Cemetery on Tyes Ferry Road.
