<p>Mr. William G. Van Dyke Jr.</p><p>York, PA</p><p>Formerly of Port Jervis, NY</p><p><br></p><p>Mr. William G. Van Dyke Jr. of York, PA, died Monday, September 19, 2022. He was 47.</p><p>He was born October 28, 1974, in Middletown, NY the son of the late William G. Van Dyke Sr. and the late Renee Eve Robinson Brown.</p><p>Bill was a 1992 graduate of Port Jervis High School where he excelled as an athlete. He played football and basketball for the Raiders. After graduation he enlisted in the United States Army and later settled in York, Pennsylvania where he raised his family. Bill and Gailyn spent 26 years, creating a beautiful family and making memories that will last a lifetime.</p><p><br></p><p>Surviving are:</p><p>His loving wife of 26 years, Gailyn Cyphers at home</p><p>His beloved children: Kyra J. Van Dyke and William G. Van Dyke III</p><p>His niece Jasmine Kirsch and his four nephews Elijah Merced, Nyiem, McKenzie, and Camren Van Dyke.</p><p>Bill is also survived by many family members and friends.</p><p><br></p><p>Family and friends are invited to visit at the Gray-Parker Funeral Home, Inc, 100 E. Main St., Port Jervis, NY 12771 on Sunday, September 25, 2022 from 11:00am – 1:00pm.</p><p><br></p><p>A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, September 25, 2022 at 1:00pm at the funeral home with Rev. Nancy Vonderhorst officiating.</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral arrangements are by the GRAY-PARKER FUNERAL HOME, 100 E. Main St., Port Jervis.
