BRUGMANS, (nee Arcand) Marion Theresa –

Passed away surrounded by her family at Campbell House Hospice, Collingwood on Friday September 16, 2022 at the age of 82. Beloved wife of 61 years of Peter John Brugmans. Loving mother of Donna Young (Paul), John Brugmans (Cathy) and Stephen Brugmans. Cherished Oma of Cody (Nicole) and Christian Brugmans. Great Oma of Lily Brugmans. Predeceased by her parents Lawrence and Geraldine Arcand. Marion and Peter met at a dance in 1959 and married shortly after. Marion raised her family, devoted her time and deeply cared for them. She was an avid gardener, reader and puzzler who loved to crochet and play cards. She volunteered her time to her church and to the St. Vincent de Paul Society. She will be dearly missed by many. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Noel Chabanel Catholic Church, 133 Dunkerron Avenue, Wasaga Beach on Saturday October 1, 2022 at 12p.m. If desired, a donation in her memory may be made to Hospice Georgian Triangle – Campbell House.
