<p>Anna Mae Rhoads of Bend, Oregon passed away peacefully September 14th, 2022. She was 88 years old.</p><p><br></p><p>Anna Mae was born March 13, 1934, in Rose Lodge, Oregon to parents, Chris an Esther Weaver. She grew up in Sweet Home Oregon and graduated from Sweet Home High School in 1952.</p><p><br></p><p>Anna Mae married Joseph (Dale) Mombert on March 24, 1952. Together they had three sons, Kirk Mombert, Les Mombert and Ivan Mombert. They later divorced.</p><p><br></p><p>Anna Mae married Lee T Rhoads on October 1, 1969. They were married 45 years at the time of Lee’s death in 2014.</p><p><br></p><p>Anna Mae worked in numerous bookkeeping, clerical and receptionist jobs. She and her husband Lee built numerous residential homes together and farmed, mainly growing alfalfa hay for many years.</p><p><br></p><p>Anna Mae enjoyed spending time with her family outdoors, hunting fishing and camping. She loved watching her children and grandchildren’s activities and sporting events.</p><p><br></p><p>She had the energy of multiple people cooking cleaning or constantly completing projects. Anna Mae was always on the go and was given the name Granny by her family.</p><p><br></p><p>Anna Mae is survived by her children; sons Kirk (Sue) Mombert, Les (Nancy) Mombert and Ivan (Susan) Mombert, stepdaughters Rita (Gary) Kennaday and Peggy (Neal) Russell, twelve grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.</p><p><br></p><p>She was preceded in death by her husband Lee Rhoads, stepson Brady Rhoads, and her parents.</p><p><br></p><p>Memorial contributions in Anna Mae’s name can be made to Hospice Partners in Care.</p><p><br></p><p>A private family gathering will be held at a future date.</p><p><br></p>
