Ms. Dorise A. Flemmings, age 89, of Piedmont, South Carolina passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at Heartland Health Care Center – Greenville East. Born in Greenville County, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Earnest Flemmings and Maggie Henderson Flemmings. She worked for many years at Rich’s Department Store as a sales clerk and it was in her later years she served as the dining area hostess at S & S Cafeteria. She was a member of St. Matthews Baptist Church where she supported the ministry with her time and talents until her health began to decline. She is the last member of her immediate family, leaving her nephew and caregiver John Daniel of Greenville, South Carolina along with many other nieces, nephews and other family members who loved her dearly.

Public viewing will be held on Friday, September 9, 2022 from 10:00a.m.-6:00p.m. at Beasley Funeral Home, Greenville.

Homegoing Celebration will be 12:00 Noon, Saturday September 10, 2022 at St. Matthew Baptist Church. Burial immediately following in the church cemetery.
