Frank Oliver Bundy was born September 20, 1949, at home to Anne Mae Bundy and Roy Abbott Sr. Frank graduated from Topeka High school in May 1970 and enlisted in the USA Army in October 1975. He attended Vo-tech and served an apprenticeship in Automotive and Diesel service. He loved working with auto mechanics, fishing, and being a handyman. December 3rd, 1995, Frank accepted the Lord as his Savior at New Mount Zion Baptist Church. Frank was a proud member of the Elks Lodges and, he took pride in serving with his brothers and sister to provide support to the community. Frank was a loyal caring son and father who would be the first to acknowledge that some of the paths he had chosen were not the best, but he was determined to dedicate his life to his family and friends. This was noted because Frank’s phone number was at the top of friends’ and family’s phone lists to call in times of need or emergencies. He would share his knowledge while sharing his many stories of over the road travels whether it was for pleasure or work. On August 21, 2022, Frank went home to be with his loving parents; wife, Amy Bundy; sisters, Thelma Webb, Carolyn Webb, Sharon; infant sisters, Paula Abbott, Alberta Thomas; brother, Marvin Thomas. He leaves to cherish his memories: one Daughter, Frankie Brown; four sons, Mark Brown, Frankie Bundy, Tyrone Bundy, Theodore Bundy; three grandchildren, one great grandchild; three Brothers, William Thomas, Roy Abbott, Alan Thomas; five sisters, Mary Eagleman, Pressola Abbott, Cheryl Newton, Cynthia Newton, and Maresella Newton. Never to be forgotten he leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, who will treasure all the joy, wisdom, and knowledge he shared with them
