Steve “Big Kahuna” Coleman Sr., 70 of Marble passed away Monday, August 22, 2022.

He was a faithful and providing father. Not only was Steve a fun and creative dad, but he was a caring and intentional papa. What a great man to love and be loved by. We will miss you papa.

He was the son of the late Paul Dorsey and Charlene Mulkey Coleman.

Surviving are a daughter, Ginny Holloway and husband Brody of Andrews; a son, Steven Coleman and wife Tammy of Marble; one sister Karen Gilbert and husband Al of Winston Salem, North Carolina; 14 grandchildren, Kilby Helms and husband Greg, Tucker, Lailee, Juliet, Malachi and Moses Holloway, Eric Duong and wife Shayna, Blake, Brooke and Brysen Newton, Shyla, Wyatt, Kynadee and Kyndall Coleman; three nieces Carissa, Katie and Carmen; one nephew Josh.

A Celebration of Life was held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Snowbird Wilderness Outfitters North Campus, 282 George Walker Drive, Andrews, NC 28901. The service was live-streamed. You may call (828) 321-2210 for any assistance.
