Thomas E. Zenk, 73, of St Charles, passed away on Friday, August 19, 2022 at his home after battling cancer. He was born June 22, 1949 to the late Harold and Stella Zenk. Tom grew up in Marengo, IL. and spent most of his life in the Chicagoland area. He was a 1971 graduate of the University of Illinois, and South Suburban J.C. in 1996. Tom spent roughly half his working career on the trading floor of the C.B.O.E. and half as a machinist on the shop floor. He leaves behind his beloved wife Carol; a brother James (JoAnn); a sister Debbie (Bill) Stegmaier; brother in law Richard (Brenda) Mizanin. Also surviving are a great group of nieces and nephews, close cousins, and wonderful friends. Tom’s view of his future is he's either stardust or off on one heck of an adventure. Rest in Peace Tom.
