Carol Lee Bates Aldrich White 78 of Claremont died Saturday, August 13, 2022 at her home. Born Sunday, September 5th, 1943 she was the daughter of George Stanley Bates and Virginia Hodshon.

Carol is survived by her daughter, Anne Aldrich Dallison of Statesville, North Carolina; and her son, Aaron Michael Aldrich of Claremont, North Carolina. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Caitlin Aldrich, Rachael LaBonte, Gillian LaBonte, and Heather Teague, Emma Lynn Uterstaedt, Sabrinia Aldrich and five great grandchildren.

Carol was predeceased by her mother, Virginia Hodshon and her father George Stanley Bates, Jr.

Carol loved her church and hopes that they will remember her fondly.
