<p>With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Josephine Frances (Burns) Wagner at the age of 79. She passed away peacefully on August 9, 2022, in her home, surrounded by loved ones. She was a devoted, loving and selfless wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Thomas, and their three children: Mary (Donald) Kelley, Thomas (Lori) Wagner, and Joseph (Nancy) Wagner. She is also survived by her five grandchildren: Reagan, Krysti, Laura (Kyle), Tyler (Sidney), and Alicia. Along with five great grandchildren: Landon, Devan, Aria, Josephine and Audrey. She is preceded in death by her parents Alfred and Mary Burns, and siblings Danny, Harry, Betty and Alfred. She was a natural caretaker; it is what she did best and loved. She took care of her children, grandchildren, mother, sister and brother. She was always putting others needs before her own and loved to host and provide. She instilled good values, life lessons, and love in her children and grandchildren that will forever serve them well. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.</p> <p><strong>Family invites all to a memorial service and celebration of Josephine&rsquo;s life on Saturday August 20, 2022 at 11am in East Union Presbyterian Church, 292 East Union Road, Cheswick (West Deer Township), PA 15024. Arrangements were entrusted to the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer Twp. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the shelter she adopted from, the West Deer Dog Shelter, 109 East Union Road, Cheswick, PA 15024.
