Donald Wayne Havron, 65, of Seymour, passed away Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Seymour Crossing. Don was born October 19, 1956 in Columbus to John L. Havron and Wildena L. Maggard Havron. Don was a Marine veteran serving from 1979-1982. Post service he worked in tool and die and later in security. He loved listening to and playing music, watching old television episodes and movies, and perusing motorcycle magazines. He also enjoyed spending time with his bird. He’ll be remembered for his loyalty to his family and his love of sassafras tea and Big Red. Survivors include his son Chris (Summer) Havron of Whiteland, daughter Jessica (Steve) Ruble of Hartsville, siblings Charles D. (Debbie) Havron and Cheri Havron Fox of Seymour; grandchildren, Nola Ruble, Anna Ruble, Westen Havron, Grayson Havron, and niece Jonnie (Davin Greenwell) Fox. He is also survived by friends and mothers of his children Beverly Havron of Whiteland and Susan Doty of Columbus. Don was preceded in death by his parents. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 27, 2022 from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM with services beginning at 4:00 PM, Pastor James Rodriguez will be officiating.
