Lucy M. Musolino, 86, of New Castle passed away the evening of August 10, 2022 at St. Elizabeth Hospital.

Born on December 13, 1935 in New Castle, Lucy was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Straw D’Errico.

Lucy is survived by her beloved husband, Joseph Musolino who she married on April 7, 1956.

She was a member of Holy Spirit Parish, St. Vitus Church.

Lucy will be remembered as a friendly and sweet person. She loved being out and about with her husband, attending different events and visiting with people. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Lucy’s greatest joy was time spent with her family and friends.

In addition to her husband, Lucy is survived by her daughter, Carole Nocera (Anthony) and son, Ronald Musolino (Anna), one brother, Louis D’Errico, three grandchildren, Anthony Nocera (Jennifer), Tory Nocera (Heather) and Gianna Musolino and three great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Lucy was preceded in death by five brothers, Patsy, Joseph, Michael, Carl and Paul D’Errico and five sisters, Rachael Heasley, Helen Ross, Jennie Tomeo, Christina Pascoe and Stella Sankey.

Honoring her wishes a private Blessing Service will be held at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 941 S. Mill St. Father Brendan Dawson will officiate.

Burial will be in Parkside Cemetery.
