Betty Lipp

Betty Lipp, Betty went to live with Jesus on Tuesday, August 9, 2022. She had family at her bedside to help her make the journey home. Betty was born on July 21, 1929 in Cresco Iowa. She is preceded in death by her husband Jerome (Jerry) Lipp and her son Lawrence (Larry) Lipp. Betty graduated from North Division High School and received her Practical Nurse Diploma from Milwaukee Technical College. She worked as an LPN for 30 plus years. She along with her husband Jerry owned and operated Lipp’s 1031 Club for many years. However, Betty’s first love and responsibility were her 8 children. She would tell anyone who would listen to her all about her 8 wonderful children. Betty loved music, dancing, but her special skill was crocheting. She crocheted every day, she has given away many afghans, baby sweater outfits, hats, scarves, doilies, table runners, and table cloths. She is an avid sports fan! Her favorite team being the Milwaukee Brewers followed by the Green Bay Packers, Milw Bucks and the WI Badgers. She would watch any and all sporting events possible. Betty is survived by 7 of her 8 children Janet (Donald) Curtis, Russell Kleman, Robert Kleman, Michele (the late Joseph) Roncolato, Mary Jo (Ronald) Grosskreutz, Jerome Lipp, Cheryl (Allen) Sadowski. 16 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandson. Her sister Beverly (Joseph) Veeser, sister-in-law Irene Lipp, sister-in-law Marie Lipp, brother-in-law Joseph (Kari) Lipp, brother-in-law Clyde Lipp. Betty was loved and will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at CHURCH AND CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 15250 W.
