James Thomas McKee, Jr, 58, of Murfreesboro, TN, gained his angel wings on August 10, 2022 after a long battle with cancer. James would do anything for his friends/family. He made everyone who knew him laugh, cry, and clap at all the stories he shared. Our family is grateful to know that James is finally at peace. James was predeceased by James Thomas McKee, Sr (dad), Hattie May (mom), and Tamara McKee. He is survived by his wife, Ivy McKee, kids - Dustin, Danielle & Emily (Tori, Tesla, Cody), grandkids - Serenity, Aliyah, Eva, & Heavenly (Ella, Dakotah, Raine, Lejend) and sisters Brandy & Jackie. We request all of James’s loved ones to join us in celebrating their beautiful life at The Church of God at Murfreesboro (2011 St James Street, Murfreesboro, TN) on August 12, 2022. Visitation is from 4:00 to 6:00 pm with the service starting immediately after. All are welcome.
