Arrangements are being handled by the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana. </p> <p>He was born September 21, 1935 in Steubenville, Ohio to the late Ralph H. and Marie Arlene(Tichnel) Wilson. </p> <p>Surviving are sister, Cheryl Bronner of Michigan City, Indiana; </p> <p>He retired as a Transportation Railroad Conductor at Weirton Steel Mfg..
