James E. Weise

<p>James E. Weise, 82, of 190 S.R. 208 Pulaski, PA passed away the evening of August 7, 2022 at Autumn Grove Nursing Home, in Harrisville, PA.</p> <p>James was born June 26, 1940 in Windber, PA. He was the son of the late George and Evelyn (Bartholomew) Weise. He was married in 1985 to the late Beverly J. Weise. They were married for 35 years together. She preceded him in death on January 21, 2022. James was of the Protestant faith. Mr. Weise was a graduate of Windber High School, class of 1958.</p> <p>Following graduation, Mr. Weise enlisted in the United States Army, and worked with the Corp. Engineers. Mr. Weise retired after numerous years of service as a mechanic at several auto repair shops; among those were J. Weavers and Wagner&rsquo;s Auto Sales. He enjoyed working on classic cars and racing Stock cars locally. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.</p> <p>James is survived by sons Jim E. Weise of New Bedford, and Mark E. (Connie) Weise of Peoria, AZ; stepdaughter, Paula H. Pennachio of Edinburg; sister, Judy (Harry) Pomroy&nbsp;of Chambersburg, PA and two grandchildren, Ami (Kevin) Setterberg, and Cody Weise; and three great-grandchildren, Jarett Weise, Wyatt Weise, and Cassidy Setterberg.</p> <p>Mr. Weise was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Beverly, and brother, Rowland Weise.</p> <p>Visitation will be held on Friday 12, 2022 from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Noga Funeral Home Inc., 1142 Mill Street New Castle. The New Castle Area Honor Guard will conduct Military Honors for Mr. Weise following visitation.</p> <p>A Blessing Service will be held immediately following visitation in the funeral home at 1pm. Rev. Matthew Bupp will officiate. Burial will be in Castleview Cemetery.&nbsp;</p>
