Catherine A. Hopkins passed away on August 8, 2022, at 53. She was a family member and friend to many. Catherine A Hopkins was a beloved nurse, motorcyclist, and woman of God who could make anyone laugh. She was a member of Victory City Church in Topeka, KS, and a Washburn Tech alumnus. She was preceded in death by a son, Theodore Hopkins. She is survived by two children: Adrian Coffee and Jasmine Coffee. She is also survived by her parents, Wilbur Coffee and Fran Coffee, and her sister, Melanie Coffee-Hesselberg, along with many other family members and friends. To honor Catherine Hopkins's memory, we are holding a celebration of life at 1 pm on October 22nd, 2022, at the Rosewood Event Venue. We invite anyone who knew her to attend and remember her life.
