Betty Louise Durham

Betty Louise Durham, age 77, of Marionville, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, August 6, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. She was born September 11, 1944, in Hamilton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Ralph and Gertrude (Croucher) Durham. Betty was a 1963 graduate of Charter Oak High School in Covina, California and was a United States Marine Corps veteran. Betty worked as a cook and manager of several different restaurants over the years and was a member of Billings Assembly of God in Billings, Missouri. Betty is survived by two sisters, Rita Eastman and her husband, Gary, of Glendora, California and Yvonne Hope and her husband, Ed, of Billings, Missouri; one brother, Roy Durham and his wife, Laura, of Bryant, Arkansas and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. A graveside service under the direction of the Williams Funeral Home in Marionville will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 15, 2022, at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield, Missouri, with a celebration of Betty’s life to follow at 11:30 a.m. at the Billings Assembly of God in Billings, Missouri. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made payable to the Wounded Warrior Project in care of the funeral home. Online condolences may be shared at this website.
