Daniel M. McCoy, 75, of Columbia City, Indiana, passed away Monday, August 8, 2022 at Parkview Whitley Hospital. Born September 8, 1946 in Indiana, he was the son of Willis McCoy  Jr. and Jane (Kruse) McCoy.

Daniel was the fourth born child of six children. He had been with ResCare for over 20 years in Columbia City and worked for Towerview. He enjoyed bowling and competed in the Special Olympics and was always looking forward to Christmas. Daniel is survived by many loving friends and caregivers.
 
Funeral services will be 1 pm Thursday, August 18, 2022 at DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City with visitation beginning at 11am.
