Shirley J Dunn

Shirley J. Dunn returned to her Heavenly Father on August 5, 2022 at Baptist Floyd. Shirley was born June 24, 1944 to Lewis and Mary Jo (Moore) Harris in Louisville, Kentucky. Shirley was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed word search games, sewing, soap operas and cooking. Preceding Shirley in death are her parents, Lewis and Mary Jo Harris; son, Ricky Smith; brother, Donnie Harris and sisters, Mary Ann Hoover and Linda Dunn. Left to cherish precious memories of Shirley are her husband, Richard Dunn; sons, Michael Smith and Aaron (Ashley) Dunn; daughter, Barbara (Adam) Walker; several grandchildren; one great grandchild; sisters, Judy Malone, Patricia Byrd and Peggy Williams and many extended family and friends. Visitation for Shirley will be held at Spring Valley Funeral Home of New Albany, Indiana on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 from 4pm - 8pm and again on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 from 10am - 11am. Her service will begin at 11am also at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, New Albany, Indiana.
