Aaron Michael Dingman Obituary


Aaron Michael Dingman, 40, of Hope, passed away Saturday, August 6, 2022 at his residence. Born August 9, 1981 in Shelbyville, he was the son of Timothy Dingman and
Ruthann (Crosby) Dingman.

Survivors include his father Timothy Dingman of Shelbyville, his mother Ruthann Dingman of Hope; grandparents Richard & Mary Dingman of Shelbyville; daughter Makayla Dingman of Connersville; brother Weston Dingman of Shelbyville; sister Hannah Groves (husband Kyle) of Edinburgh; nephew Keaton Groves; and he was looking forward to the soon arrival of his first grandchild Atlas Evans.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents Noelgene & Ethel Crosby.

Mr. Dingman had lived in this area his entire lifetime and graduated from Hauser High School in 1999. Aaron enjoyed attending tractor pulls and stock car races, working on cars, helping
his grandfather farm, mowing grass, and tinkering in his garage.  He loved his two dogs Buster and Harley.  Aaron had a heart of gold, and would do anything for anyone.  He would drop whatever he was doing to go help someone in need.

Funeral services will be 10:00 am on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Glenn E. George & Son Funeral Home, 437 Amos Road.  Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.  Friends may call on Friday evening, August 12, 2022 from 4:00 until  8:00 pm at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Shelbyville/Shelby Co. Animal Shelter, or Bartholomew County Animal Shelter, in care of the funeral home.
