Larry Joe Lord, 84 of Marshalltown, IA passed away Monday, August 8, 2022, at Accura Healthcare of Marshalltown. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Friday, August 12, 2022 at Anderson Funeral Homes in Marshalltown. Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. until the time of the services at the Funeral Home. Interment will be at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Marshalltown. Larry was born April 22, 1938, to Roy and Esther (Isenhart) Lord in Marshalltown. He graduated from Marshalltown High School. Larry was employed as a clerk for HyVee Grocery Store in Marshalltown where he retired from in 2000. He was always an avid New York Yankees fan. Larry is survived by a sister, Helen Lapour of Marshalltown; three nieces, and three nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers and five sisters.
