<p><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Arthur &ldquo;Art&rdquo; Harold McGinness of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at 10:01 p.m. on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at his residence at the age of 79.</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>He was born on October 21, 1942 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada to Lily (Legge) McGinness and James Harold McGinness.&nbsp; On October 3, 1964 he was married to Nancy Caryl&nbsp;Hansen.&nbsp; They were blessed with 57 years of marriage before he passed away.&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><strong new="" roman="" style="font-size: 14px; font-family: " times="">Art enlisted in the U.S. Navy on June 21, 1960 and was honorably discharged August 27, 1963 as a Construction Electrician&#39;s Mate petty officer 3rd class.&nbsp; He received his B.S. from Trinity University in Illinois.&nbsp; He worked in quality control for Brock Manufacturing in Milford, Indiana for 15 years and also managed and owned rentals.&nbsp; Art also taught and was a member of Winona Lake Grace Brethren Church in Winona Lake, Indiana.&nbsp;</strong></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><strong new="" roman="" style="font-size: 14px; font-family: " times="">He leaves behind his wife, Nancy C.&nbsp;McGinness (Warsaw, Indiana), two sons, Eric (Luping) McGinness (Granger, Indiana), David (Dana) McGinness (Upland, Indiana), daughter:&nbsp; Barbara Howard (South Bend, Indiana), nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.&nbsp; He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, and his daughter, Susan Christine.&nbsp;</strong></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Burial took place at Oakwood Cemetery of Warsaw, Indiana.&nbsp; Arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana.&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><strong new="" roman="" style="font-size: 14px; font-family: " times="">Memorial donations may be directed to Jews for Jesus, 60 Haight Street, San&nbsp; Francisco, California&nbsp; 94102.&nbsp;</strong></strong></span></span></p>

Arthur “Art” Harold McGinness of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at 10:01 p.m. on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at his residence at the age of 79.

He was born on October 21, 1942 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada to Lily (Legge) McGinness and James Harold McGinness.  On October 3, 1964 he was married to Nancy Caryl Hansen.  They were blessed with 57 years of marriage before he passed away. 

Art enlisted in the U.S. Navy on June 21, 1960 and was honorably discharged August 27, 1963 as a Construction Electrician's Mate petty officer 3rd class.  He received his B.S. from Trinity University in Illinois.  He worked in quality control for Brock Manufacturing in Milford, Indiana for 15 years and also managed and owned rentals.  Art also taught and was a member of Winona Lake Grace Brethren Church in Winona Lake, Indiana.
