Mrs. Marsha Joan Watkins Paulk, age 69, a resident of Dothan, died early Saturday August 6, 2022 at her residence following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday August 13, 2022 at Glover Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Troy West officiating. Burial will follow in the Christian Home Church of Christ Cemetery in Wicksburg with Glover Funeral Home directing.

The family will be receiving friends from 9 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. Saturday prior to services. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to one’s favorite charity.

Mrs. Paulk was born on September 27, 1952 in Dothan the daughter of Hubert “Hub” Watkins and Inez Lord Watkins. She was a 1970 Dothan High School Graduate. Mrs. Paulk worked with Bill Baxley and Charles Bishop and later as a Real Estate Agent before becoming disabled for the past 30 years. She served as Dothan High Band Booster President and was involved in her children’s programs and activities. She attended Cloverdale Baptist Church and First Presbyterian in her early years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, infant son, Bradley Paulk and her brother Bruce Watkins.

Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Bob Paulk, Dothan; two sons, Travis Kyle Paulk, Tallahassee, Fl. and Jason LeBruce Paulk, Palm Springs, Ca.; 3 grandchildren, Brooke, Caitlyn and Noah Paulk.

Pallbearers will be: Tim Mathis, Michael Earnhart, Will Chadwick, Andrew Chadwick, Hunter Chadwick, and Trey Hardy.
