Norvan Curtis Blakley II, age 60 passed suddenly on August 4th, 2022.

Norvan was born Oct 29th, 1961 in Jamestown, TN to the late Norvan and Barbara Blakley. He lived most of his childhood years in Clinton, TN, and later moved to Oneida where he lived and raised his family. He received a bachelor's degree in Business from Cumberland University. He spent most of his career working alongside his father at the family business, Norvan Blakley Motors.

Norvan is survived by his 3 children: Alicia (David) Oaks, Curtis (Melanee) Blakley, and Cameron (Matalyn) Blakley. Norvan was a dedicated father and loving Papa to his 3 grandchildren: Harper, Knox, and Elowyn.

Although he has left his beautiful family behind, he will always be in their hearts. Norvan or Nort to most was adored and loved by all who knew him. His infectious smile and laugh touched all that had the honor to know him.

Friends may visit with the Blakley family on Monday, August 8, 2022, from 6 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 8 p.m. in the Chapel of Jones & Son Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers please send donations to the Oneida High School Marching Band so his passion for music and teaching lives on.
