Ella Jean Bohannon Obituary

Ella Jean Bohannon, 69, Columbus, MS, passed away on August 6, 2022.

Jean was born on January 22, 1953, to Ella Mae Pringle and Howard Johnson in Porterville, MS. She was the youngest of six children born to this union and the only girl. After graduating from Spencer High School in 1971, she went on to marry the love of her life, Frank Bohannon, on July 10, 1971. To this beautiful union were born three sons, Andraco Bohannon, Toriano Bohannon, and Adrian Bohannon. Jean and Frank instilled a foundation of faith, integrity, love, and respect in their children.

Jean enjoyed spending quality time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed staying on top of current events and working out. She appreciated a good designer bag and shopping. Her sense of humor and quick wit were loved by all family and friends.

She will be truly missed by many who will always remember her giving spirit.
