DUTY, Flossie Spicer, 91, of Chesterfield, Va. passed away peacefully August 5, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, Starlen Duty; parents, Joseph Benson Spicer and Lura Essie Leslie; five sisters; and two brothers. She is survived by her daughters, Janice Watkins (James), Carol Robertson (George) and Pat Brooks; grandchildren, Dawn McCallum (Alex), Ryan Watkins (Mary Catherine Ground), Stephen Robertson (Athena), James Robertson and Angela Carroll; and great-grandchildren, Dylan McCallum, Caleb Watkins, Kaylee Robertson and Westley Robertson. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. The family will receive friends 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at Bliley’s-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd. where a funeral ceremony will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 10, 2022. Interment to follow at Dale Memorial Park.
